Listen as Golden Hawk and Allan discuss Allan’s discovery of don Miguel Ruiz and the Toltec Path in 1995. Allan shares how we were “domesticated” into repressing our feelings, denying out truth, and pleasing the people around us— and how the Toltec Tools of Transformation can return us to the truth of our nature as pure love and consciousness. One gem in this interview is the conversation about the need of children (and adults) to freely discharge feelings in the loving presence of someone who will not judge them.

Allan encourages us to avoid the Trap of Spiritual Perfection, and embrace our innate perfection in every moment.
