Full refunds
will be given up to thirty days prior to the event. After this, there
is a $75 fee deducted and the balance refunded. No refunds will be given
for no shows or refund requests after August 8, 2008. All cancellations
must be made in writing via e-mail or postal mail to Joydancer.com.
Allan Hardman, Joydancer.com reserves the right to cancel the event
for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants
or logistical problems which may impede event operations. If the event
is not held for some reason, all money paid will be refunded.
